SRI appoints head of research and data analytics

Mohan Sandrasegeran has been appointed Head of Research and Data Analytics at Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI). Bruce Lye, the Co-founder and Managing Partner of SRI, expressed his delight in welcoming Mohan onboard Team SRI and noted that his extensive industry knowledge and insights make him an ideal choice to spearhead the firm’s research team.

Previously employed at One Global Group as Senior Analyst, Research and Content Creation, Sandrasegeran has also held research roles at Ohmyhome, PropNex Realty, BCI Asia and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

The new appointment comes as SRI seeks to enhance its research capabilities, thus expanding its position as a thought leader in the real estate industry. In this role, Sandrasegeran will be responsible for producing research publications about upcoming trends in the real estate landscape, which will be of great value to stakeholders.

Lye notes that the initiatives spearheaded by Sandrasegeran will help to cement the firm’s position as a leader in the real estate industry.
