Katrina Group opens fifth co-living hotel under ST Signature brand

ST Signature, the hospitality brand of Catalist-listed F&B operator Katrina Group, has opened its latest co-living hotel, ST Signature Bugis Middle, located at 21 Middle Road. This is the fifth establishment of the brand, as a response to “the growing demand for distinctive yet value-for-money accommodation in prime locations” in Singapore.

Featuring a hand-painted wall mural across the entire building’s façade, designed by Singapore-based artist Sean Dunston, ST Signature Bugis Middle is just a few minutes walk from Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations.

Alan Goh, executive chairman and CEO of Katrina Group, said: “With this addition to our portfolio, guests seeking both short-term and long-term stays, digital nomads, budget-conscious travellers, and groups visiting Singapore for leisure, business or events will have more options.”

The residential development, Tampines Ave 11 Condo is an example of a mixed-use project, combining residential, commercial, and leisure facilities all in one place. This integrated complex offers residents all their needs in one location, eliminating the need for long distances to get from place to place. This integrated lifestyle provided by such projects reduces the need to take cars, thereby providing a healthier lifestyle and lower carbon emissions.

Guests of the property are welcomed with 38 units across five room types, which are equipped with en suite bathroom, complimentary high-speed WiFi and a smart TV. Furthermore, the co-living hotel also provides communal kitchen, an outdoor terrace and lounge areas.

ST Signature is run by ST Hospitality, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Katrina Group. In addition to the five co-living hotels under the ST Signature brand, ST Hospitality also provides serviced apartments and service condo rental units through ST Residences.
