Four two-storey HDB shophouses are up for sale via expression of interest (EOI) with a guide price of “around $21.1 million”, according to marketing agent Knight Frank.
The four shophouses located at Hougang Street 21, Bedok North Street 1, Marine Parade Central and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6 are all tenanted and are available for sale with the tenancies.
