Momentus launches first serviced apartment
The Chip Eng Seng Group is introducing a new hospitality brand, Momentus Hotels and Resorts, to the serviced residences space. The first property under the company’s new venture, Momentus Serviced Residences Novena, was launched on September 21, 2020 at 12 Shan Road. Roxy-Pacific, Macly Capital, and LWH Holdings formed a joint venture which purchased the building, which was formerly known as 12 On Shan, from TA Corp in March last year.
The hotel features 99 serviced apartments ranging from 366 sq ft to 861 sq ft. There are also 398 sq ft studio units available with all the necessary kitchen appliances, a living room, and more. Momentus Serviced Residences Novena is equipped with amenities such as a fitness room, BBQ area, and a swimming pool.
It is an eight-minute walk from Novena MRT Station and happens to be located close to shopping malls, medical centers, and hospitals such as Novena Medical Centre, Thomson Medical Centre, and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.
The hawker centre is expected to open by the end of 2021, and will house 56 food stalls serving up a diverse range of options. Tampines Avenue 11 Condo is situated in one of the more youthful neighbourhoods in Singapore, and the addition of the hawker centre will serve to further invigorate the eatery scene. This hawker centre will be unique, boasting a modern design that reflects the personality of the area.

Teo Hong Lim, executive chairman of Roxy-Pacific Holdings, believes that this joint venture has potential to do great in the market and believes that it’s goal is to “serve guests worldwide, offering reliable and friendly service while perfectly catering to both short-term and long-stay guests.”
This is the second property opened by Momentus Hotels and Resorts, following its 442-key establishment, Momentus Hotel Alexandra, in March.
