Perfect Ten reaches new high of $3,670 psf

On Aug 18, a 753 sq ft, two-bedroom penthouse was sold by the developer for $2.765 million, or $3,670 psf, setting the previous record of $3,585 psf set in September 2022.

This translates to $3,670 psf, surpassing the previous high of $3,585 psf set in September 2022. The 753 sq ft unit was sold by the developer.

A 1,292 sq ft three-bedroom unit was sold for $3.3 million, or $2,555 psf, which is the first time a unit at Melrose Park has crossed the $2,500 threshold.
The Montana is a freehold condo on Jalan Mutiara in District 10. It is a condo by Koh Brothers Development that was completed in 2002 with 108 apartments housed in a single tower. On Aug 17, a three-bedroom apartment measuring 1,141 sq ft was sold for $2.725 million, or $2,388 psf, surpassing the previous record of $2,251 psf set in September 2013.
