The portfolio is already leased, by a music production and HR company, for a term of at least four years. The annual rent is a promising $750,000. Tan Teck Chew, CBRE’s director for industrial and logistics services in Singapore, explains that even with the current alleviated-rate environment the portfolio presents an attractive accretive yield opportunity.
