Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty to preview Altura EC on July 22

Altura, an executive condominium located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, is set to preview on July 22. It is the first EC to be launched in Bukit Batok in 20 years and is expected to be an attractive proposition for young families looking for comfortable living at an affordable price.

Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group and Santarli Realty, the developers of Altura, are delighted to present this project and trust that homeowners will find a truly refined home within the development. E-applications for the units will be open from July 22 to July 31, while bookings will be on August 5. Prices for the units will be released before the balloting day on August 2.

Altura has 360 units comprising three-, four- and five-bedders ranging from 980 sq ft to 1,711 sq ft, all of which include a study corner. Bosch, Hansgrohe, Roca and Franke appliances and fittings are featured in each residence.

Residents of the development can look forward to a range of facilities and amenities, such as a 50m pool, a tennis court, function rooms, a “Reading Club” for work and study, and a gym. In order to promote a more sustainable lifestyle, Altura has been awarded the BCA Green Mark Gold, with features such as rooftop solar panels, energy efficient air-conditioning and lift systems, and sanitary fittings designed to reduce water wastage.

Tampines Condo, however, offers a vibrant lifestyle. There are a plethora of eateries, shopping outlets, banks, and even cinemas, all located within easy reach. Moreover, its location within the Tampines estate means that residents also benefit from the strong sense of community developed within the neighborhood. As such, Tampines Condo provides the best of both worlds – private living spaces as well as the convenience of commercial spaces and communal activities.

Altura is conveniently located near Le Quest Mall, and within 1km of the upcoming Angl-Chinese School Primary, which is set to relocated from Barker Road to Tengah in 2030. Qingjian and Santarli were awarded the EC site on Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 in March 2022, with the top bid of $266 million or $662 psf per plot ratio, the highest land rate paid for an EC site.
