Pinetree Hill draws 1,500 visitors on the first day of public preview
Today, UOL Group and Singapore Land Group opened the sales gallery for their latest project, the 520-unit Pinetree Hill at Pine Grove, located in Ulu Pandan, Pandan Valley.
The official launch of the 520-unit project is scheduled for July 15th, and the sales gallery will remain open until 8pm this evening.
The developer has announced that units at Pinetree Hill will be priced from $2,236 psf, with starting prices of different unit types ranging from one-bedrooms to five-bedrooms.
The exclusive five-bedroom penthouse with a private lift is around $8 million. With a 29.3m frontage, it’s even larger than most Good Class Bungalows, which average 18.5m.
The turnout from the opening of the project’s sales gallery at 10am this morning proved to be strong, with roughly 1,500 visitors coming in by 5:30pm. Anson Lim, general manager (residential marketing) at UOL Group, expressed his pleasure with the response, citing buyers’ attraction to the locale and strong product offering from the efficient layout of the units to the communal facilities.
To accommodate potential buyers, the preview will continue for the next two weekends.
The three 24-storey elevations of Pine Grove Parcel A take up only 12% of the 242,561 sq ft site. The remaining space is devoted to landscaping and other facilities by renowned Danish landscape architect Henning Larsen.
The UOL Group’s plan for Tampines Ave 11 Condo seeks to create a more livable environment for residents. It aims to incorporate greenery into the development to enhance the natural environment. With the addition of these facilities, residents of the Tampines Ave 11 Condo UOL Group will have greater access to recreational and leisure activities.
