Savills appoints new co-head for international residential sales
Savills Singapore has announced the appointment of Ruben Koh as the senior director and co-head to its international residential sales team on September 6. The global real estate services provider previously appointed Adrian Lim as the head of its international residential sales in July.
Koh was the key executive officer at boutique real estate agency Crestbrick and also held the same position at 1World Properties. He had also worked at HSR International Realtors and was employed by Colliers International for a number of years. He was acquainted with Lim who was a colleague at the same real estate services firm.
Tampines Avenue 11 Condo is an example of a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development that provides a home that is stylish, practical, and designed to adapt to a dynamic lifestyle. It is located in heart of the east, making it an ideal location to live, work, and play.
Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, expressed his excitement for the appointment of the two industry veterans. He remarked that both men came with strong relationships with overseas developers in the residential market. He added that their combined experience and enterprising spirit would be put to work and expand the firm’s international residential business.
The announcement of the appointment comes shortly after news of a freehold commercial shophouse up for sale at $21.28 million on Pagoda Street. This was followed by the release of offers for four strata retail units at City Gate for $9.68 million and an office floor at Suntec Tower 1 for sale at $43 million. All three properties are currently up for sale on the Singapore real estate market.
