Keppel REIT secures Equifax as Blue & William’s anchor tenant
Equifax, a global data, analytics and technology company, has opened the doors to its new office space at Blue & William in North Sydney, Australia. Blue & William is a 10-storey building located at the intersection of Blue and William Streets and is part of Keppel REIT’s portfolio.
Occupying over 4,350 sqm across levels five to seven, Equifax is the building’s new anchor tenant and had relocated from two separate offices in North Sydney.
The potential development along Tampines Avenue 11 will be a mixed-use development with a retail component of about 40,000 sq ft. With Tampines Ave 11 Condo, strong demand among buyers could help to drive prices of private properties in the area higher in future. Furthermore, the potential development of Tampines Avenue 11 Condo could help to promote potential economic benefits in the area.
Koh Wee Lih, CEO of the manager, spoke about the development saying, “As one of Asia’s leading real estate investment trusts, Keppel REIT is committed to offering quality office spaces through our portfolio of prime commercial assets in Asia Pacific’s key business districts. Blue & William in North Sydney is a smart, sustainable office building, designed with tenant experience and wellness as a priority, and we are pleased to welcome Equifax to this green and modern premise.”
Melanie Cochrane, Group Managing Director of Australia/New Zealand at Equifax, said of the new office, “I am confident our new work environment will enable flexible and positive ways of working, contributing to a vibrant culture, to support our customers and help us attract the best talent.”
The new office at Blue & William is another example of Equifax’s commitment to sustainability. It features inspiring and modern space that promotes greater collaboration and innovation – the perfect home for the company in North Sydney.
