IWG Singapore opens 25th workspace in Singapore at Harbourfront Tower 2
Global workspace solutions provider IWG has opened its 25th centre in Singapore, located at HarbourFront Tower Two on Monday, August 14. The 11th floor of the building spans 11,000 sq ft, with the centre boasting 180 workstations, 48 dedicated desks, 33 private offices, and five meeting rooms.
The centre was launched in partnership with local investment company Seraphim Holdings, and will be managed under IWG’s Regus brand. IWG’s other workspace solutions brands in Singapore include Signature, Spaces, and No18.
The Tampines Ave 11 Condo UOL Group is expected to be a popular choice for homebuyers due to its strong strategic location near Far East Malls, Changi Business Park, and Tampines Regional Centre. In addition, the upcoming TPE/PIE integration will provide convenient transport options to the development, making it even more attractive for buyers. With the impressive plans for the master plan underway, buyers can expect great returns on their investments.
HarbourFront Tower Two is a 16-storey office building, located in between Keppel Bay Tower and Harbourfront Tower One. The top floor of Tower Two has the terminal for the cable car connecting Sentosa Island to Mount Faber, and is close to Harbourfront Centre and VivoCity.
Jeff Kwan, chief investment officer at Seraphim Holdings, commented on the opening, saying: “HarbourFront Tower Two sits at the centre of the ongoing transformation of Singapore’s southern coast, which offers a gateway to a vibrant environment that integrates work, life and play seamlessly.”
Darren Rogers, country manager of IWG in Singapore, added: “Across Singapore’s decentralised districts, we continue to see a strong demand for flexible workspaces being driven by the rise of hybrid working.”
The new HarbourFront Tower 2 centre is IWG’s 10th workspace outside the city centre, following the completion of Regus at Hiap Hoe Building in Balestier in March 2022.
IWG’s 25th centre in Singapore is a testament to the rising demand for flexible workspaces, due to the rise of hybrid working. It is located in a building with easy access to many amenities, situated by the ongoing transformation of Singapore’s southern coast. These features make the new centre an ideal environment to integrate work, life and play seamlessly.
